Buffalo Baked Chicken

Ranch or blue cheese?  What do you like with your buffalo wings?  We're ranch people here. I know that blue cheese is traditional to go with buffalo sauce but I just gotta have my ranch.

The sauce was amazing!  I just kept drizzling more and more on the chicken.

The next day we used the leftovers to make chicken sandwiches.  Again, I drizzled a bunch of the spicy sauce on it along with ranch.  The leftovers were almost better than the original meal.

Baked Buffalo Chicken Recipe

1 lb. chicken breasts or tenders
1/4 cup Franks buffalo sauce (or hot sauce)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese if you prefer)

Cook chicken in skillet until browned, about 4 minutes on each side.  Place chicken in a baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Combine hot sauce, vinegar, butter, celery seed and pepper. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is done.  Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
