Tuesday: Lentil Baked Beans

Wednesday: Green Goddess Enchiladas

Thursday: Smashed pintos for huevos rancheros and tacos

Friday: Chicken Nuggets & Waldorf Rice

Saturday: Assembly, out to eat after or tacos

Sunday: Leftovers


Desserts: Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies
