Tuesday: Granola with apricots and almonds, Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Wednesday: Quinoa & Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers
Thursday: King Ranch Casserole
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Baked Oatmeal (haven't decided which one!)
Sunday: Butternut Squash & Apples
