I love the roasted apple/squash/sausage combo - bet that would fit my Paleo diet - although I cheated big time this week - work is crazy, leaving me spent and tired most nights to not have the energy to cook much.Today I even had Jimmy John's for lunch and I have to say, having all those carbs at once kinda made me feel sick. :(Happy Friday - hope you have a great weekend!
