So many things to try, so little time! Fall has gotten me wanting to cook and bake and make all sorts of pumpkin and apple concoctions!! Hopefully this mood will continue and I will actually MAKE everything that I have planned! (and maybe more!)

Wednesday: Asian Style Quinoa w/Peas & Carrots & Egg (pineapple)
Thursday: Southwestern Chicken Casserole
Friday: Leftovers, Banana Oat Bars
Saturday: Pumpkin Sloppy Joes w/ Mashed Potatoes
Sunday: Butternut Squash & Apples
