It's the first week of school for us. It's kind of like New Years Day when you want to "start" something new. And hopefully improved!
So I decided to hop on the menu plan bandwagon and start posting my meal plans. I'm not sure how it's going to work because I often have a bunch of recipes stocked up so I don't have to rush and post them right away. It's easier if I just write up 3 or 4 recipes at a time. So you won't be able to see my new recipes right away.
But I figure, I plan my dinners anyways so this will give you a sneak preview of what's to come. I don't always stick with the plan but I figure any plan is better than no plan at all!! Plus, I love the idea of having them on my blog so I can quick check the plan.
Tuesday: Chicken & Waldorf Salad
Thursday: Sweet & Sticky chicken & broccoli & rum grilled pineapple
Friday: Steaks, green beans & scalloped potatoes
Sunday: Chow Mein in the Crock Pot & Egg rolls
